Pricing

from 20 000 ₽/visit. The final price depends on the house's floor area, distance, scope of work, number of visits, volume of documents and report format.

What to document before a construction detail is covered

Concealed works checks are linked to a specific stage and area of the house. Before the visit, it is useful to mark the details ready for inspection on a plan and state which subsequent operations will block access to them. A photograph of a finished room does not replace information about the structure beneath the finishes.

For each detail, select the relevant drawing or agreed solution, material information and documents recording the work performed. It is important to distinguish having a document from being able to verify its contents: a record without a clear reference to the location and work period does not allow its entry to be confidently linked to the actual area.

  • Give the area a reference: room, grid line, level or detail number on a diagram.
  • Retain an overall view before covering and close-ups of connections, joints and junctions.
  • Note which dimensions and signs were observed directly and which were taken from documents.
  • Link material markings to where the material was used, rather than keeping only a photograph of the packaging.
  • Record the comment and the area's condition after remediation before the next stage.

If works are already covered, first assess the available as-built documentation and photographs. The need for and location of opening up are determined for the specific question. A missing photograph does not automatically prove a defect, and access to one test area does not confirm that the entire structure is built in the same way.
