Describe the house, construction stage and purpose of the check, and provide contact details; redact unnecessary data concerning other persons in the materials.
2. Agreement
The address, access, list of systems, number of visits, deliverable, price and deadline are clarified in the Invoice-Order or a separate agreement.
3. Inspection
The specialist studies the documents provided and inspects the agreed accessible structures and systems within the limits of safe access.
4. Deliverable
A record, defect schedule or other agreed document is provided by email or on paper; a service acceptance certificate is prepared if necessary.
