Why technical supervision of house construction is needed

How independent construction quality control helps avoid concealed defects, rework and disputes with the contractor.

Why technical supervision is needed

Technical supervision helps monitor the contractor before defects are concealed by finishes, concrete, insulation or the roof build-up. Foundations, reinforcement, waterproofing, roofing and building services are particularly important.
